1. Interpretation and Definitions

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between You and HNU Ecom Development LLC. By accessing, browsing, or placing an Order through the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

3. Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order, You represent that You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information provided is complete and accurate. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing information, shipping address, vehicle details, and selected product specifications.

We may require photographs of your current steering wheel, airbag, controls, connectors, core, or other vehicle components to verify compatibility and production requirements. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent production.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all vehicle information and customization selections before submitting an Order. This includes the vehicle’s year, make, model, trim, features, materials, colors, stitching, shape, and electronic options.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an Order for valid reasons, including:

• Product or material unavailability.
• Pricing, description, or listing errors.
• Suspected fraud or an unauthorized transaction.
• Payment authorization or verification issues.
• Incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information.
• Failure to comply with our specification or compatibility requirements.
• Legal, regulatory, or shipping restrictions.

Due to the custom-made nature of our Goods, Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun. A cancellation request may be considered within 24 hours of placing the Order, provided production has not started.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other fees may be added depending on the Order and destination.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting or fulfilling an Order. If a pricing error affects an Order, We may contact You for confirmation at the corrected price or cancel the affected Order and refund any eligible payment.

Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Complete payment card information is handled by third-party payment processors and is not stored directly by LS Custom.

You represent that You are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

6. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability information, and compatibility details. However, information on the Service may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Product colors, textures, finishes, and materials may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. As handcrafted products, Goods may also have minor variations that do not affect their intended function or overall design.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify the Service without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

7. Installation and Vehicle Compatibility

Goods must be installed by a qualified automotive professional familiar with steering systems, electrical controls, airbags, and the specific vehicle involved.

LS Custom is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, warning lights, loss of vehicle functions, or other issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.

Installation, removal, diagnostics, programming, labor, towing, rental vehicles, and other third-party costs are not included in the purchase price and remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of LS Custom and its suppliers arising from or relating to the Service, Goods, or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by You for the Goods giving rise to the claim or $100 if no purchase was made.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business, use, or vehicle availability, even if advised that such damages were possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express written warranty provided by LS Custom and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to You.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our Service, business practices, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Where required, We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
