This website is operated by HNU ECOM Development LLC, trading as LS Custom Shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Accurate information

You must provide accurate contact, delivery, payment and vehicle-compatibility information. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable materials, listing errors, incomplete specifications, safety concerns or legal restrictions. Eligible canceled amounts will be returned to the original payment method.

Independent customizer

LS Custom Shop builds made-to-order steering wheels using genuine OEM steering-wheel cores sourced secondhand, then independently modifies and refinishes them. LS Custom Shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Brabus or their parent companies. Any original manufacturer trademark or logo visible on a retained OEM component identifies that component and vehicle compatibility.

Content and acceptable use

Site content is provided for product information and may not be copied, misused or used unlawfully. Product colors and appearance can vary slightly by screen and made-to-order materials.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LS Custom Shop is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate vehicle information, unauthorized modification, improper installation, misuse or failure to stop using a product when a safety function is not operating correctly. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
