Returns and Refunds Policy

Made-to-order products

LS Custom Shop steering wheels are made to the customer’s approved specifications. Change-of-mind returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted after production has begun. A cancellation or modification may be requested within 24 hours after ordering, but it is available only if production has not started.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Inspect the package promptly. Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery if the product is damaged in transit, defective, materially different from the confirmed configuration or incorrect. Include your order number, a description and clear photographs or video. Do not install, alter or modify a product that appears damaged or incorrect.

After inspection, LS Custom Shop may repair, replace or remake a confirmed defective or incorrect product, issue a refund, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. These remedies are not change-of-mind exchanges.

Authorized returns and costs

Contact contact@lscustom-shop.com before returning anything. For an authorized return involving a confirmed LS Custom Shop defect, shipping error or incorrect product, we provide a prepaid return label to download and print. Authorized return shipping is free and no restocking fee is charged.

Unauthorized shipping, expedited services arranged without written approval, installation charges and damage caused by improper installation, modification or misuse are not reimbursed.

Return address

The authorized return facility is shown on the prepaid label supplied after approval and may differ from our mailing address. Do not send products to the mailing address unless customer service expressly confirms it as the authorized return destination.

Compatibility and installation

The customer must provide accurate vehicle information and approve the written configuration before production. Professional installation is required, especially for vehicles equipped with an airbag. Damage caused by incorrect vehicle information, improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse or an accident is not a product defect.

Refund timing

We notify you after receiving and inspecting an authorized return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or card provider may take additional time to display the credit.

If an eligible order is cancelled before production starts, any approved refund is also issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
