Refund policy

No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds on Custom-Made Products

Each steering wheel is meticulously handcrafted according to the exact design specifications confirmed by the customer. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, an order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except in the limited circumstances described below or where otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy applies because each steering wheel is created specifically for one customer and generally cannot be resold or repurposed. Significant time, skilled labor, premium materials, and resources are committed as soon as production begins.

Order Cancellation Rights — Limited 24-Hour Window

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not started. Once this 24-hour period has passed, or production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email contact@lscustom-shop.com with your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

We aim to acknowledge your request within 24 hours. If the cancellation is eligible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions — Manufacturing Defects or LS Custom Errors

If your steering wheel has a manufacturing defect, such as an abnormal material flaw or manufacturing-related stitching failure, or if it was produced incorrectly compared with your confirmed specifications, contact us immediately after delivery, preferably within 48 hours.

Please provide:

• Your full name and order number.
• Clear photos of the issue from multiple angles.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• A clear video if needed to demonstrate an electronic or functional issue.

We will review the information provided and, if the claim is approved, determine the appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue.

LS Custom will cover authorized return shipping costs only when a manufacturing defect or production error attributable to LS Custom has been confirmed. Items must not be returned without prior written authorization.

Incorrect Fit, Compatibility Issues, or Change of Mind

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for a change of mind, incorrectly selected options, or compatibility issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for confirming their vehicle’s year, make, model, trim, steering-wheel features, and other requested compatibility details before ordering. LS Custom may request photographs of the original steering wheel to verify compatibility.

Return Authorization

Do not ship a steering wheel or component back to LS Custom without receiving written return authorization and return instructions from our team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returned items must include all components requested by LS Custom and must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing When Applicable

In the limited circumstances where a refund is approved, such as an eligible pre-production cancellation or an approved defect claim, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

When the return of an item is required, the refund will generally be processed within 14 days after the authorized item has been received, inspected, and approved. A confirmation will be sent by email.

Original shipping charges, expedited service fees, installation expenses, labor costs, and other third-party expenses are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by LS Custom.
