Custom steering wheels made to order

LS Custom Shop is operated by HNU ECOM Development LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We build custom steering wheels using genuine OEM steering-wheel cores sourced secondhand, then independently modify and refinish them for compatible Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

After checkout, we contact each customer by private message using the contact details provided with the order. We confirm the vehicle model, model year, a photo of the existing steering wheel, materials, colors, stitching, finishes and requested options in writing. Production begins only after the customer approves that written configuration. Our estimated total time from confirmed order to delivery is 15–24 business days.

LS Custom Shop is an independent customizer. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Brabus or their parent companies. Any original manufacturer trademark or logo visible on a retained OEM component identifies that component and vehicle compatibility.

Production, Delivery and Support

Each steering wheel is made to order after written configuration approval. Production and quality checks normally take 12 to 17 business days, followed by 3 to 7 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 15 to 24 business days. Standard tracked U.S. shipping is free.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted after production begins. Authorized returns for a confirmed defect, shipping error or incorrect product are free and use a prepaid label.
