Products and compatibility

Products are made-to-order steering wheels built using genuine OEM steering-wheel cores sourced secondhand, then independently modified and refinished by LS Custom Shop. LS Custom Shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Brabus or their parent companies. Any original manufacturer trademark or logo visible on a retained OEM component identifies that component and vehicle compatibility.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment authorization and confirmation by LS Custom Shop. After checkout, we contact the customer by private message using the contact details provided with the order to confirm vehicle compatibility and the requested configuration in writing. Production begins only after the customer approves that written configuration. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable tax and shipping information is displayed or described before purchase.

Production and delivery

The estimated total time from confirmed order to delivery is 15–24 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by customization, customer response time, carriers, weather or customs.

Cancellations, defects and returns

Because products are customized, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production begins. Requests involving damage, defects or an incorrect product are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Installation

Installation must be completed by a qualified automotive professional. The installer must verify the steering, airbag, electronic and driver-assistance functions before use.
