Because each steering wheel is made to order, a cancellation or modification may be requested within 24 hours after ordering only if production has not started. Once the written configuration has been approved and production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation is not available.

Use the form below or email contact@lscustom-shop.com immediately. Include your full name, email address, order number and requested cancellation or modification.

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. We will confirm whether production has started. If cancellation is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
